We've been cooking up some of the finest meals you could imagine here at Willow Creek Ranch, thanks to our grass fed beef, pork and poultry. There are farm fresh eggs in the morning, fresh ham at lunch time, and perhaps steaks on the grill with fresh vegetables in the evening. It just doesn't get any better than that.
Our recipes have been tested by the Ofte family, our neighbors and friends for years. Chefs at some of the Midwest's finest restaurants have shared their best recipes with us, as they begin their meal preparation with grass fed products from Willow Creek Ranch.
We've had so many requests for recipes using grass fed beef, pork and poultry products, that we sat down one wintry Sunday afternoon and picked out the best recipes we all enjoy. We'd like to send the to you, free!

You'll find recipes for a real farm breakfast using farm fresh eggs, courtesy of our grass fed hens. There are some of our favorite oven roast and slow cooker recipes, as well as some terrific recipes for steak on the grill. Of course, everything is based on grass fed beef, pork and poultry products, because pasture raised, grass fed products require a little different approach. Willow Creek Ranch Grassfed Roast: The "5 Minute Gourmet Meal"
Seriously…we timed it!!
Would you like to come home to the wonderful aroma of a meal ready to eat? You can!!! This recipe will take minutes to prepare and serve.
Cooking Materials: One large crock-pot
One 2-3 lb beef roast
One pack Lipton Onion Soup Mix
One lb of potatoes cut into chunks no large than 2 inches
One bag of baby carrots
Take a Willow Creek Grassfed Roast directly from the freezer, unwrap and put into your crock pot.
Sprinkle a pack of Lipton Onion soup mix over the top.
Pour potatoes and carrots on top.
Turn on low, close the lid and let cook during the day while you are at work. When you come home, take out the meat, slice and serve next to the potatoes and carrots that cooked with the meat.
If you have time, you can also serve over rice or noodles.
