Our pork halves average around 75-100lbs hanging weight.  That will yield around 60% finished table ready meat.  The minimum order for pork is a half pig and a lead time of 5 weeks is required due to additional time required for smoking or curing.

 A half pig is priced at $3.29/lb hanging weight.

 A whole pig is priced at $2.99/lb hanging weight

 All Willow Creek Meat products are processed especially for you.  The meat is cut to best suite your needs and cooking preferences.  The meat is then labeled with your name on it, as well as the processing date and the type of cut in the package.
